5 Minute Green Beans
Serves: 6
 
Ingredients
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tsp good quality olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp french fried onions
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sautee for 1 minute. Add green beans and sautee for 4 minutes.
  2. Remove from skillet and mix in dijon mustard. Season to taste with kosher salt. Transfer to a serving dish and top with french fried onions.
