Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • 1½ C rolled oats
  • 1½ C almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1½ Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 1 C chopped strawberries
  • pinch kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined. Transfer to an airtight container with a lid and store in the fridge for at least 6 hours before serving.
  2. Stir before eating, add additional almond milk if it needs thinning. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
