Watermelon Basil Cooler

Ingredients
  • 4 C cubed seedless watermelon
  • ¼ C basil
  • optional - 2 shots high quality vodka such as Tito’s
Instructions
  1. Pulse watermelon in a blender on high speed until it turns to liquid form.
  2. Use a mesh strainer to strain the watermelon juice from the pulp. Return watermelon juice to blender with basil and vodka, pulse until mixed.
  3. Serve over ice.
