Broccoli Slaw Salad

Ingredients
  • 4 C broccoli florets chopped small and thin
  • 1 C carrots, spiralized (grated if no spiralizer)
  • 1 green apple, cored and spiralized (cut into small strips if no spiralizer)
  • ½ C golden raisins
  • ⅓ C roasted pecan halves
  • ⅓ C blue cheese, crumbled
  • kosher salt and ground pepper to taste
For the Dressing:
  • ½ C 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1½ C raw honey
Instructions
  1. Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl except for S&P.
  2. In a seperate small bowl mix yogurt, vinegar and honey until combined.
  3. Add dressing to the salad and combine until coated. Season with S&P and serve.
