Healthy Fudgy Brownie Batter

Ingredients
  • 1 16 oz can S&W organic garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • ¼ C creamy natural peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 4 Tbsp cacao powder - can also use cocoa powder
  • 3 Tbsp almond milk + more if needed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼-1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • **Optional - 2 Tbsp sweetened cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients, except the cacao nibs, in a food processor. Blend until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides. Add more salt if needed, also use more almond milk to thin if needed.
**Optional - Stir in cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips, reserving a few for the top.
Serve immediately with fresh strawberries, plantain chips, pretzel sticks, etc. Can also spread on a sandwich with jelly or on toast. Of course you can eat it off of a spoon too!!
