Lemon Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • 1½ C rolled oats
  • 2¼ C milk almond milk - or milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1½ tsp lemon zest
  • 1½ Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ½ C fresh blueberries
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Add more milk the next day if needed to reach desired consistency.
