Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 3 medjool dates, pitted
  • ½ C pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • ½ C Greek 0% yogurt
  • 1 large frozen banana (1 C)
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ⅛ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon + more for topping
  • 1 C almond milk
  • ½ C crushed ice
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until mixed. Pour into glasses and top with additional cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
