Peanut Butter Acai Bowl with Fresh Fruit, Homemade Granola and Honey

Ingredients
  • 2 - 3.5 oz single serve packs of Sambazon acai berry + guana mix (can be gound in the frozen section of most grocery stores or Costco)
  • 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • ½ C light almond milk or other nut milk of choice
  • fresh berries and bananas
  • GTK homemade granola (search homemade granola) or store-bought granola
  • honey for drizzling on top
Instructions
  1. In a blender add acai, peanut butter and almond milk. Blend until smooth. Remove from blender and place in bowl. Top with fresh berries, sliced bananas, and granola. Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
Good Thyme Tip - You can add whatever you like on top. Coconut flakes, slivered almonds or hemp hearts would also be good if you don't have granola on hand.
