Maple Cinnamon Roasted Almonds

Ingredients
  • ¼ C pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 2 C raw almonds
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Heat a small sauce pan over medium heat. Add maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon and salt, whisk until combined.
  3. Add almonds and mix to coat. Bring to a low simmer, stirring occasionaly for 5 minutes. Spread almonds out evenly over baking sheet.
  4. Roast almonds for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Transfer almonds to an airtight container or eat immediately.
