Using a food processor add oats and cashews and mix until broken down. Add dates, coconut oil, orange zest and juice and salt. Pulse until completely combined.
Transfer mixture to a bowl. Add cranberries and white chocolate chips and mix together with a spatula. Roll into equal size balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
