Raspberry Vanilla Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  • 1 C fresh raspberries
  • 1 C almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ¼ C chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Add raspberries to a medium bowl and mash with a fork until smooshed. Add almond milk, honey and chia seeds and mix until incorporated.
  2. Transfer to two small mason jars or tupperware with lids. Store in thr fridge for 8 hours or overnight. Serve with additional raspberries or other toppings of choice.
