In a medium bowl add almond milk and matcha powder and stir until combined. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into 2 small mason jars or tupperware with lids. Store in thr fridge for 8 hours until set.
Serve with additional coconut flakes, fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey.
