Matcha Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  • 1 C almond milk
  • 1½ Tbsp Matcha Latte Powder
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ¼ C chia seeds
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl add almond milk and matcha powder and stir until combined. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into 2 small mason jars or tupperware with lids. Store in thr fridge for 8 hours until set.
  2. Serve with additional coconut flakes, fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey.
