Whisk together the olive oil, sesame oil, parsley, sriracha, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, chili paste, salt, pepper and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Set aside ⅓ of the marinade to baste shrimp while cooking.
Place shrimp and marinade in a large resealable plastic bag and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Thread shrimp onto skewers
Preheat grill or grill pan on stove on high heat.
Cook shrimp for 2-3 min per side. Baste with reserved marinade while cooking.
