Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • 1½ cup oats
  • 2¼ cup milk (we prefer almond milk)
  • 1 medium apple, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1½ tbsp pure maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined, tightly cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Add more milk the next day if needed to reach desired consistency.
